Bathroom Water Damage

This bathroom floor in Rowan, NC was affected by a water pipe leak causing damage to the sub-floor under the tile.  Notice the extent of the damage. This was our customer-first experience with water damage. SERVPRO of North Rowan County / Salisbury walked the customer thru the entire process. Keeping the customer informed every step of the way. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and restoring her back to the preloss condition was something that our customer was thrilled with.
