The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Weather Service is building a new Weather-Ready Nation program to help everyone in the United States prepare for extreme weather, water and climate events. This program offers weather and water safety events in Rowan County, North Carolina, and other states, and publishes an events calendar.
